Diabetes education is the key to your success!

We can help you live a happy and healthy life with diabetes.

Our mission is to empower people of all ages to appropriately self-manage their diabetes so they may benefit from lifelong good health. Our team of experts in diabetes care offers a variety of services.

Education can be provided individually or as a group and is based on national standards of care for diabetes. Some of the topics discussed are:

Recommendations are shared with you and your doctor. Using a team approach, we provide the latest information about diabetes treatment. Together we develop a nutrition plan tailored to meet your needs. Medications, monitoring systems, and other methods to control your diabetes are introduced or reviewed.

Support and extra care are offered at all times based on your special needs and concerns. It is common to have mixed emotions about diabetes such as anger, fear, or frustration. We encourage you to gather the support you need by involving your family and friends in your care.

Continuing Care is strongly recommended for positive health outcomes. Everyone with diabetes needs on-going education and regular evaluation of their diabetes management.
