Valley West Community Hospital is committed to attracting qualified physicians who will provide quality care in the community. We have a long-standing tradition of assisting physicians in establishing their practices in the community, either independently or in partnership with one of our quality medical groups or individual physician practices.
One key to accomplishing this goal is to build the right kind of support system for our physicians so that they are able to build a successful medical practice that will, in turn, benefit the community. The following is an overview of our package:
A one-year cash collections guarantee contingent upon a three-year commitment to practice in the community. The amount of the guarantee will reflect the estimated expenses one will incur in establishing a practice, including insurance coverage, marketing, professional management services, license costs and CME costs.
Reimbursement toward actual moving expenses.
An account for marketing and practice promotion expenses.
Medical education debt repayment assistance for up to $100,000.
An account for medical practice management assistance.
A monthly stipend during the final year of a residency or fellowship program.
